{"id":2838,"date":"2026-07-20T09:51:33","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T07:51:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.metaltecnica.bs.it\/progetto-giga-casting-nuova-macchina-per-stampi-da-2000x1500-mm\/"},"modified":"2026-07-20T10:31:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T08:31:35","slug":"progetto-giga-casting-nuova-macchina-per-stampi-da-2000x1500-mm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.metaltecnica.bs.it\/en\/progetto-giga-casting-nuova-macchina-per-stampi-da-2000x1500-mm\/","title":{"rendered":"Giga-Casting Project: New casting machines for dies 2000&#215;1500 mm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tailor-made design:<\/strong> This is one of the competitive advantages we offer our customers in the non-ferrous alloy gravity casting sector.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, we have created a universal CH2500 gravity die casting machine, suitable for the production of large and heavy automotive <strong>parts (over 50 kg in aluminium).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The mobile cradle has a 90\u00b0 proportional logic inclination, 2 complete horizontal mobile tables with side extraction, lower extraction, and an upper cross-head that can also be tilted proportionally to 30\u00b0 to facilitate part unloading, extraction, and upper detachment operations.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, complete piping was designed and supplied on board the machine for the management of 20 mould coolers, with the option of choosing between water or air cooling.<\/p>\n<p>The entire system was supplied including an electrical panel and <strong>complete automation,<\/strong> with electrical components of the highest quality and reliability.
