Composed of: fixed base, 1 head holder group with adjustable 90 ° inclination, 1 movable head, 1 fixed head, mould holder tables with 0-180 ° rotation, extraction on tables, heads with 0-90° rotation for cooling / graphitising of the mould , mould cooling / graphitising tank complete with mixers, independent upper male insertion / graphitising arm, electrical management system, hydraulic unit.
Like any machine for aluminium gravity foundry produced by Metaltecnica, it provides: possibility of use in manual casting and possibility of use in a robotic work cell, with proportional tilting integration.
