We develop automatic systems for casting aluminum alloys, with gravity die-casting machines, whatever the size of the castings, and with the possibility of creating the single standard machine for manual casting, as well as the fully robotic cell that can include:
- holding furnaces;
- special die-casting machines for gravity casting, engineered on the needs of the single project;
- mould and die development and pre-series production, when required;
- advanced systems for cooling and temperature control of the casting mould;
- integration of robots and automations for metal pouring, unloading and handling of solidified parts (castings);
- devices and systems for air blowing, talc coating, filter application and core positioning;
- machines for cutting burrs and blanking casting sprues.
The cells can be made with both linear and circular layouts.
