In the field of brass casting, we also engineer automatic casting systems in low pressure, whatever the size of the castings, with a wide range from the single standard machine for manual casting, up to the fully robotic plants which can include:
- holding furnaces
- casting machines: frontal or side casting
- mould development through external collaborations, and pre-series productions when required
- integration of robots and automations for the unloading and handling of the castings, and the insertion of the cores
- systems for graphitizing and cooling
- machines for cutting and blanking casting sprues and risers
The robotic islands can be developed according to linear layouts, with double rotating station, or on a multi-position rotating table.
