Casting machine model H 2500 universal, suitable for the production of gravity casting parts of non–ferrous alloys, specifically automotive parts.
Composed of: fixed base, mobile cradle with 40° inclination with proportional logic, 2 horizontal mobile shelves complete with lateral extraction, lower extraction, upper bridge that can be tilted with 30° proportional logic, to facilitate the operations of piece unloading, upper extraction/detachment, on–board piping for management N°20 mold cooling, electrical management system, hydraulic power unit.
Use in a work cell with interlocking with a pouring oven and unloading robot.
